Our care team will help individuals live independently, and make a difference to the quality of everyday life of every individual who is supported.

Home care can take many different forms. It can include:

Help around the house, such as cooking, cleaning and doing the shopping.
Personal care, such as getting showered or bathed, getting dressed, shaving and taking medication.
Companion services, for example, our care workers can accompany you to medical appointments, social outings.
Live In Care.
If you need regular support on a daily basis and want the security of having a trained carer with you overnight then our live in service would be best for you.

We provide help and support 24 hours a day, all year round.

We offer a sleepover service if you need us there at night, and can provide 24-hour care if it’s required. Another option is our live-in care workers, who can provide both the support and companionship you need to stay in your own home and live life your way.

We provide a Reablement service to help individuals learn new skills or relearn existing skills to promote independence, choice, rights and quality of life.

Our Staff

At Compact Care we pride ourselves on being a family-run company. Our team of skilled and professional care workers and managers strive to help with every aspect of caring, and all staff attend mandatory and additional course that relate to specific conditions relevant to the individuals who are supported.

Mr Monruf Shola Sindick Aliu has been working in the Health and Social care Sector for the past 14 years. He has been involved in supporting vulnerable adults and children in various positions at different levels. Over the year, he started his career in the Health and Social Sector as a carer, progressing to Support Worker, Senior Support Worker and to the management level.
